Is my rental confirmed when I submit the form?
No — submitting the form sends us a request, not a confirmed booking. We'll contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and pickup details before anything is final.
Do I pay when I request a rental?
There's no charge to submit a request. Payment happens in person at pickup once we've confirmed everything with you.
Can I buy apparel online?
Not yet — you can browse our apparel online and use Check Availability to ask us to hold an item, then complete your purchase in-store. Sizes and colors shown are the designs we offer, not a live stock count.
